If you are a newly qualified teacher, I can help you with teaching practice and provide you with honest friendly feedback. Maybe there was a theory aspect of your training course which you want to go into in more detail or which you found difficult? I can put together a bespoke session or course to break the topic down and to make it more accessible.
If you are a qualified teacher returning to teaching after a break, I can provide teaching practice to help you regain your confidence and teaching style.
If you are wanting to deepen your knowledge of yoga history or philosophy, I can put together a bespoke course for you or recommend books or courses available elsewhere.
I also offer 121 sessions if you want individual tuition on all aspects of yoga both theory and practice.
