About Michelle Higgins
I live in Bitterne having started life in Blackpool gradually moving further south over the years until I reached Southampton in 2014.
I spent over 20 years working as a solicitor specialising in complex personal injury claims involving life-changing injuries. I now teach yoga full time – Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy.
I have practised yoga since about 2009 with a particular interest in the more dynamic or flowing styles.
I completed my teacher training with Ashtanga Yoga Glastonbury in June 2017 and have been teaching my own yoga classes in Southampton since January 2017. I completed my Ashtanga Intermediate series training with Ryan Spielman in 2019
