Namaste and thank you visiting my website. I am Michelle Higgins a yoga teacher based in Southampton and I teach Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga. I offer a series of weekly classes and regular workshops within Southampton.
I am passionate about yoga and the physical and mental benefits it can bring. Yoga can and does change peoples lives. I love teaching in class as the energy is amazing. Teaching 121 and in small groups is also incredible.
I really try to understand each of my students needs and abilities to ensure that I can offer appropriate modifications to ease up on a posture and opportunities for them to go deeper if that is appropriate .
