Personal information is not recorded for judicial functions domestic or recreational reasons or to maintain a public register Personal contact information is recorded electronically and hard copy if provided to me in hard copy. Health information is recorded hard copy only unless you provide me with that information electronically in which case it will be stored electronically and hard copy.

I retain the information for a period of 7 years from the date on which you last attended a class , workshop , retreat etc with me.
